Crystal Isabella Corwin was born July, 11 1982 in New York City. Her mother raised her by herself, and Crystal grew up never knowing her father. Crystal's mother worked two jobs just to keep a roof over their head. When Crystal was 4 years old they were evicted from their apartment. Having nowhere else to go she packed up and moved to Chicago to live with relatives.
After living in Chicago for 8 months Crystal's mother was finally able to get back on her feet. She took a job as an administrative assistant, and got her own apartment. Crystal's mother was thankful that she could now give her daughter the life she deserved. By the time Crystal reached High School she was acting up pretty bad. She would stay out late and sometimes not come home at all.
Her senior year of High School she was suspended so many times that her mother feared that she wouldn't graduate. Her mother was called to the school and after much begging they allowed Crystal to graduate with the rest of her class. After High School Crystal decided to work instead of going to college. Her first job was working as a waitress which only lasted about a year. Crystal soon got another job working at the local mall, and she saved enough money to get a place of her own.
